As Blac Chyna is gearing up to sue her ex-boyfriend Rob Kardashian and his family, her mom is prepping a legal battle of her own.
Blac Chyna’s mom Tokyo Toni filed a lawsuit against Wendy Williams for slander and defamation. She recently posted a video of the lawsuit paperwork to Instagram with the following caption:
Suing her for $1,000,000.00 ( One Million Dollars) Thats still not enough but … she did me dirty and I am having problems due to her carelessness disconcert and slender above other s***!! I have had no peace!!! I’m losing weight from stressing about this situation I literally have no appetite) She talks about the rich and famous and alwaysimcluse my name in on their bisiness. It’s so much more to talk about Wendy show with what I’m doing a post to try to tear me down!!!! So I asked her 10000 times to STOP and leave me the f*** alone!!!! So now – No other choice..Ok @wendyshow She has been served! I don’t bother anyone!!!!! I feed he homeless hang with my homies and do me! I can’t be bothered with all of this!!! I’m to old for a massive headache and to young for a heart attack! She always speaks badly on my name and don’t know me!!! Never called me or anything!! Blac Chyna’s mother, Tokyo Toni, is demanding Wendy Williams pay her $1 million dollars for allegedly spreading lies about the celebrity mother being a “gold-digging stripper.”
Tokyo Toni filed a hand-written lawsuit on October 5 against Wendy Williams and her show producers, accusing them of defamation, slander and harassment.
Toni says Wendy has continuously trashed her on “The Wendy Williams” show to millions of people by displaying a “great deal of hate by saying these nasty irrational despicable things.”
One of the incidents Toni is referring to happened recently on Wendy’s show during an appearance by Whitney Cummings.
Toni says the harassment by Wendy is so bad, she’s not able to sleep or eat. She also says her relationship is being ruined due to the stress.
Chyna’s mom says she has attempted to contact Wendy via social media to “get her to stop speaking on my name,” but to no avail.
Toni claims the alleged lies have caused her great embarrassment, saying, “I have never been so humiliated and shamed in my entire life. I am a humanitarian!!!”
To make matters worse, Toni claims the stress from Wendy recently forced her to stop working as an Uber/Lyft driver.
