Dr. Heavenly catches up with Towanda Braxton.
Towanda comes by Heavenly’s office to get some work done on her crown.
She tells Heavenly that she is now officially divorced. When Heavenly asks her if she’s ready to date again. Towanda says she thinks she’s ready.
However, she doesn’t want to date anyone younger than her.
Curtis and Dr. Jackie have a picnic in the park.
Jackie is nervous and feels like everyone is staring and judging her for being spotted with Curtis.
“You gotta learn how to ignore people.” – Curtis
Jackie says in a green screen interview that she doesn’t want to be looked at as weak.
Curtis hands over a letter to her in which he says he wants to start over and go back to Paris (their first trip together).
In a green screen interview, Jackie says she fell in love with Curtis in Paris. She’s not sure traveling with Curtis is a good idea at the moment.
Jackie says she thinks they need to see a therapist so they can get some guidance on how to move forward. He agrees to this.
He asks for a hug and she obliges.
Contessa ponders taking a break from her career.
Scott and Contessa go on a date and grab a bite to eat.
It’s been hard for the couple to spend time together now that they no longer have a nanny around.
Contessa admits she’s been feeling guilty about not spending much time with the kids and working so much.
“Mommy Guilt, like that’s a real thing. I live in the Mommy Guilt.” – Contessa
She says one of them needs to put their career on the back burner for the kids.
“You want to stop working?” – Scott
Contessa confirms this is how she’s feeling but Scott says this isn’t a good time for Contessa to stop working because they have a house and bills they have to pay for.
She’s disappointed to hear this.
Cecil wants Dr. Simone’s help.
Cecil is still making some finishing touches on his new app, Kids Force.
He wants Simone to become a full partner.
One of Cecil’s partners comes over and they discuss having an app release party.
They want Simone to be the face of the app at the party and pitch it to those in attendance.
Simone says that she is in %110.
Toya and Eugene speak with their realtor.
A longterm tenant from one of their houses is moving out and they aren’t sure what they want to do about the situation.
They are leaning towards selling it but their realtor says if thy sell it now they would lose money due to the current real estate market.
When he tells them that repairs will also run them about $60,000, they feel discouraged.
Quad has her cooking segment on the local news station.
She’s excited to have been able to book a cooking segment on Atlanta news station, 11 Alive.
It’s a step in the right direction when it comes to her securing a book deal.
The segment goes really well.
Heavenly and Simone hang out.
They are dropping their kids off at school. Heavenly tells Simone’s son that he used to be funny looking but he’s handsome now.
After the kids have been dropped off, Heavenly tells Simone that she should host the next couple’s trip since she’s having issues in her marriage with Cecil.
Simone reluctantly agrees and Heavenly says that they should go to Barbados.
She asks Heavenly how she will pull this off when she’s not even getting along with Mariah.
However, Heavenly says she plans to try to get along with everyone on the trip. Simone thinks this will be a mess but she is willing to sit back and see what Heavenly is able to pull off.
Cecil has his app release party, Mariah and Heavenly clash, again.
As people start arriving to the venue, Simone mingles and greets her friends.
Jackie and Heavenly are the first two to arrive.
Jackie tells Heavenly, Simone, and Toya that Curtis wrote her a sweet letter.
Mariah arrives with a friend and says her husband Aydin had to work. She hugs everybody except Heavenly.
Simone tells Mariah that she should talk to Heavenly so they can put their feud behind them, but Mariah isn’t interested.
Elsewhere in the party, Heavenly tells Toya and Contessa that she doesn’t want to invite Mariah to the couple’s trip.
In a green screen interview, Toya says that Heavenly is being very petty and that it’s tradition for everyone to be invited to the couple’s trip.
“I don’t want any mess.” – Heavenly
Simone and Cecil start speaking about the app and do a presentation.
They explain that the app, Kids Force, is an app that allow kids to sign up to compete different tasks/chores requested by local adults so they can earn some cash.
Quad strolls in late during the presentation.
In a green screen interview, Contessa says that she doesn’t understand why Quad is always late to everything except things that are all about her.
Quad immediately asks how do they keep s*x offenders away from the app and Cecil says that they will do background checks.
Later on, Heavenly tells Quad, Simone and Jackie that she doesn’t want to invite Mariah to the couple’s trip unless she apologizes for shading her during Toya’s trip.
Simone says that no one in the group is perfect and they all have issues.
And Heavenly says that she has a problem when people don’t own up to their actions.
Toya gets annoyed and says that the forgiveness that Heavenly and Quad offer is fake. They have never forgiven Mariah and that’s why the tension in the group remains.
“You forgive and ignore.” – Toya
Quad says she doesn’t have to be around toxic people and she can be cordial to Mariah.
Toya says that is BS and pulls out a phone to read aloud what cordial means, which is defined as “friendly and warm.”
Toya tells Quad that she is neither of those things to Mariah.
Quad and Heavenly say that Mariah doesn’t own up to what she does wrong and Mariah says she’s apologized enough.
“How many times have I apologized?” – Mariah
Mariah says that her issue with Heavenly is that she hits below the belt. Quad then says that Mariah does as well.
Mariah and Heavenly start arguing over this, and Heavenly once again has a “Yo Mama” comeback.
At this point, Mariah has had enough and says she doesn’t have to “kiss anyone’s a*s.” She tells them not to call her out if they aren’t going to call anyone else out.
She leaves and Quad is happy she’s leaving.
“Good to see ya!” – Quad
Toya makes Heavenly catch up to Mariah to talk things out. Simone tells Heavenly to be sincere and be the bigger person.
Heavenly comes out with Simone to talk to Mariah.
“I feel like I’ve been partly wrong.” – Heavenly
She invites Mariah to Barbados.
Mariah says she will come but she’s not okay with people talking about kids and parents.
“I can’t do the ‘Yo Mama’ stuff.” – Mariah
Heavenly agrees and asks Mariah not to bring Damon into their arguments. Mariah feels like Heavenly crossed the line way before she said anything to Damon.
“Way before that, you said a whole lot. Look around Heavenly, you’re the only one. You’re supposed to be sorry.” – Mariah
Heavenly goes off at this point.
“Don’t yell at me! I don’t like that sh*t!” – Heavenly
Mariah is confused by this because she doesn’t feel she’s getting loud with Heavenly.
“Yell at you?” – Mariah
Heavenly then says that Mariah has said some hurtful things as well but Mariah says she doesn’t owe Heavenly an apology.
“B*tch, well why you apologize then?” – Heavenly
“B-tch?” – Mariah
“Yes, b*tch! What? You act like you ain’t never heard that word before. You were born a b*tch.” – Heavenly
Mariah decides she’s done with the argument and proceeds to start walking away with her friend.
“You are great. Amazing.” – Mariah
“And your momma is too.” – Heavenly
“You know, I don’t fight bears and beasts.” – Mariah
“I don’t fight no ugly b*tches that look like a damn ogre. You ugly ogre! She ain’t gonna say sh*t to me and get away with it!”- Heavenly
In a green screen interview, Simone says that Heavenly will have to listen to her higher power if she’s going to host the couple’s trip.
What are your thoughts on the episode?
Yeah Toya is becoming my fave. She speaks the truth and they can’t stand it. While all the others are trying to gang up on Mariah again at Quad’s command, Toya sees through the BS and calls a spade a spade. I love it.
Quad is so full of it. Jackie bless her heart, cuz I couldn’t do it. I couldn’t work it out with someone who cheated on me so publicly. Simone is a sh-t starter, I really like Contessa to bad she has a man who can’t hold it down so she can stay home with her kids. I am convinced Heavenly is the devil that woman is evil! Toya she is clueless.
Quad is so annoying. Anyway, I’m not surprised they are still shaming Mariah for throwing some shade while turning a blind eye to Heavenly’s constant displays of drunken rage. I wouldn’t even still be watching this show if Mariah didn’t come back. The hypocrisy has been way too much for way too long. It’s such a turn off.
Heavenly is so gross! I decided to stop watching the show because of her and Quad. They are both terrible people!!
I love Mariah and I hate how the other women have treated her. I always wondered why and I didn’t understand why Heavenly gets a pass on all of her bad behaviour. Now I see it’s jealousy! They hate on Mariah bc she’s beautiful and classy! Quad is a fraud and Heavenly is a drunk. Look at her eyes!
Heavenly really ain’t sh-t. How the f-ck do you talk sh-t about someone else’s momma and then try to pretend you were the one who was done wrong? Heavenly ain’t no damn victim. And I really don’t think Mariah was even shading her in that speech. She was trying to say that Toya could have talked a whole bunch of sh-t about Miss Lucy after Lucy clocked her in the head with her purse a few years ago, but never did on some G sh-t. But Heavenly thought it was shade because she knows she ain’t sh-t for talking out the side of her mouth about Lucy. Projection is a b-tch.
It’s crazy to me how they all see that Heavenly has a drinking problem and major anger issues, but the only person to say anything outside of Mariah is Toya. Why is everyone else okay with this? She is a huge liability to the show but no one seems to mind that as long as Mariah is jumped on.
I’m kind of surprised at how fast Jackie has forgiven Curtis for cheating on her.
Why hasn’t Heavenly been slapped yet? She has way too much mouth.
She needs to be popped in that big mouth of hers. I can’t stand her.
Anyone else think Heavenly is just trying to get Mariah to hit her so she can be kicked off the show for good?
It would be worth putting foot down Heavenly’s throat to get fired. She was off the hook this last time, I don’t know how they stand it. I was about to kick my darn tv trying to get to her. I loathe this hippo with a passion and Quad is a very close second. I am sick of her smug black arse too. Contessa needs to hire a new nanny & work the morning hours and call it a day, every mom who works has had mommy guilt, it’s a way of life it will pass someday. LOL
Why do Contessa put up with that Nanny? No way, I’m putting up with a nanny that talks trash to me, and have attitude, and the worst part she threw something at me, and then ask what I’m going to do about it. There is plenty of nannies that would love to be in Ms. RENEE spot.
