Comedian Kevin Hart’s career is currently on fire as he is still enjoying the success of his latest movie “Ride Along.” However, with success always comes criticism and the fixation on one’s personal life when you’re a celebrity.

Kevin is learning this faster than others considering his failed marriage to Torrei Hart ended as a result of his cheating and many seem to think he may have cheated on his ex-wife with his current girlfriend Eniko Parrish.

The comedian covers the February 2014 issue of Upscale Magazine and he discussed the accusations. He also clapped black at the black women he claims have been calling his girlfriend “exotic looking.”

Kevin says:

“I read so much stuff that Black women say, especially about my relationship. ‘Oh, he left his Black wife to go be with some exotic chick.’ First of all, my girl is Black. She’s Jamaican. But they say it as if they know what me and my ex-wife’s problems were. When we first got together, our relationship was amazing. We got married young and our s*** got rocky. In my divorce, I stood up and said to my ex-wife, ‘Hey, I messed up. This had nothing to do with you. I didn’t understand what marriage was. I cheated. I was wrong. We couldn’t fix it, it got worse. I stepped away because I didn’t want it to get any worse. You’re the mother of my kids, I don’t want to hate you. And the only way that’s gonna happen, is if I’m the bigger man and I leave.’ I think that was a very mature thing to do.”

This isn’t the first time Kevin has had some words for black women, but what do you think about Kevin’s comments?

  1. Her race doesn’t really matter. It’s obvious why she’s even with him now. I just hope he gets a prenup if he does marry her.

  2. I am so sick of this little troll calling out black women. This is why I don’t support Kevin in movies or tv. I wonder how far he would get without black women support. Also I have heard many things about his chick but exotic looking is a new one for me. She looks straight up black to me but whatever.

  3. Ok. I get that he reads the comments on his IG and it has him feeling some kind of way but he needs to stop signaling out black women in his interviews. What he doesn’t want is the Wesley Snipes treatment. He’s feeling himself too much and he doesn’t seem to think he can end up a has been. But it’s not impossible and he needs to understand that.

  4. These celebs have to stop reading the comments they get on Twitter and Instagram. They will mess with your head and have you saying all kind of sensitive sh-t in your interviews. LOL.

  5. He is always talking about his marriage. Isn’t he supposed to be in love with Eniko and thinking about marrying her? If so, he needs to move on and stop talking about this. He can’t change people’s minds on his chick or his divorce. People have the right to their opinions. Accept it and move on before you say the wrong thing and end up the Keri Hilson of comedians.

  6. He’s starting to get on my nerves! He’s already overexposed and not even the funniest comedian out here! Sit down!

  7. Typical Kevin Hart interview.

    1. He calls out black women.
    2. Again, explains why he cheated on his ex wife and makes tired excuses like not being ready for marriage.
    3. He talks about his girlfriend and praises her ride or dieness when his ex-wife was more ride or die (she was actually with him when he was broke) and he still left her.
    4. He also proves once again that he cares too much about what people type on Instagram.

Once you’ve read one Kevin Hart interview, you’re really read them all.

  8. I think his publicist needs to tell him to stop talking about his divorce so much and coming for black women. It makes him unlikable in my opinion. It’s too much.

  9. Wow REALLY first off this little CLUELESS PRICK a EXOTIC looking woman does not mean she is not BLACK FIRST OFF he should take that as a compliment

  10. Kevin Hart will fall on his face like the rest of the egotistical black men before him. He thinks he is bigger than life and he just isn’t. He is quite negative actually, to come at black women, I see LOTS of women on his instagram talking about his girlfriend, why did he single out black women? Your issue is with black women, are issue aint with you. And finally, I don’t care if your girl is from Barbados, SHE AINT BLACK. BLACK IS NOT AFRICAN, CARRIBEAN, its being African-American from America. Get it together.

  11. She is the same background as my family. Still black so I doubt her race is an issue. People say she looks distant, but why should he care what anyone else but her thinks?
