Kid Cudi’s Manager Slams Drake

According to reports, Kid Cudi’s manager is clapping back at Drake and he claims the Canadian rapper asked for a feature.

All Hip Hop writes:

Awww man! As you know, Drake came out swinging and taking shots at everyone with the four songs he released over the weekend.

The hype has been less about his forthcoming project, ‘More Life’, and more about the insensitive shots Drizzy took at Kid Cudi on “2 Birds, 1 Stone.”

Drake rapped,

“You were the man on the moon. Now you just go through your phases. I’m like a real estate agent, putting you all in your places. Look what happens soon as you talk to me crazy. Is you crazy?”

The shots seem to directly attack Kid Cudi’s current struggles with mental health. Cudi is currently receiving treatment in rehab for suicidal urges as well as depression.

Drake didn’t even apologize to him and Cudi’s fans who felt his lyrics were distasteful. Instead, he stated that Cudi and, we guess, other rappers alike need to keep his name out of their mouths.

Fans weren’t the only ones outraged by Drake’s lyrics. Kid Cudi’s manger Dennis Cummings took to Twitter to blast Drake for being corny and fake. He tweeted,

      1. LOL but there’s a thing called tact. Like if someone made a track dissing Drake for being biracial and having a white momma, I’m pretty sure his stans would be on Twitter crying about it. I mean they had emotional breakdowns when Meek called Drake corny. So what’s good for the goose and all that.

  1. I love Drake but he’s gotten really arrogant. Mental illness isn’t something a person should make fun of. Especially when it’s already taboo in the black community. I hope he chills out before life humbles him.

  2. I’m disgusted that him and his writers thought making fun of mental illness would be ok. I know his stans believe he can do no wrong but he needs to get it together. You can be on top one day and at the bottom the next. He’s gotten so big headed it’s hard for me to like him anymore.
