On the most recent episode of “Love and Hip Hop New York,” Yandy Smith confirmed that her marriage to Mendeecees is not legal because she doesn’t want to be the one to pay his restitution fees, as well as child support.
But Mendeecees’ baby mama Samantha feels some kind of way about the situation because she feels Yandy deliberately trashed her character while being dishonest about her marital status.
She also has an issue with Mendeecees because she believes he aided Yandy in the destruction of her reputation in front of the cameras.
Samantha writes the following on Instagram:
My story has never been about a relationship or marriage. People always say “Why do you care so much about Yandy”? Well, because THIS drama has been brought about from her. She created this fairytale story with LIES. Where is the integrity in people now of days? Lying to keep the drama has always been a problem for me. The biggest problem I have is her co-conspiring with the father saying I wasn’t in my son’s life for eight years. Now, as a strong pro-women advocate, I would have never lied like that on her or any women for NO man. How people view me is BECAUSE of her. She controlled that. Yes, I am fortunate to have my son’s father be there in his life. But facts, I have ALWAYS paid my OWN bills and put myself through school while I took care of my son. I’m proud to say that! If you know anything about being a parent, juggling classes and working then you know how hard it is. So I’m not about to let anyone tell me what I haven’t done, when everything I do and have done is for my son. I’ve struggled as much as anybody. Nothing ever came easy for me. It’s sad when people attack you over false truths and think you’re supposed to take the highroad. It’s fckd up when people befriend you just to get a name on a blog. It’s even worse when you find out people who befriended you were only trying to help Yandy stop the truth from coming out. I’ve learned that the hard way.
It’s interesting to see so many people say Yandy is smart for not marrying him legally but if she was really smart, she would have never got knocked up by Mendeecees in the first place. Let’s be real.
But it was smart for her not to legally marry him tho…these bitter birds were just going to come for her coins.
You know, can you explain to me why only black women seem to think it’s ok for men not to pay child support? Mendeecees is in prison, Yandy is out here talking about being a wife and loving all of his kids, but she doesn’t want to pay child support while he’s gone. It makes sense that they aren’t really married because Yandy has no idea what marriage really means. Stan away though.
Don’t forget, Yandy loves all of his kids so much that she had no problem saying one was just a “break baby” and his mom was just a “slide” on TV. Yes, she really loves all of his kids. LOL.
I think it’s pretty obvious Yandy lied about a lot of things to save face. She’ll even lie to her “husband” too with not a lick of shame.
I really can’t stand Yandy this season.
Mendeecees is going to side with Yandy because she has the more attractive bank account and got him on TV.
Karma is a b-tch and Yandy and Mendeecees will get theirs if what Samantha is saying is true.
This storyline is exhausting.
I can see a messy reunion in the near future.
