The gang teases Phor about how Nikki ran up on him and Kat at the lake house.
He says in a green screen interview that after Nikki’s explosive behavior, he won’t be sending any more flowers to any other women.
Ryan walks in and says that he feels good about the fact that he and Van are back on good terms.
When Charmaine asks if Danielle is getting her job back, Ryan says he isn’t sure but Danielle apologizes for her past actions. He accepts and gives her the receptionist job back.
Everybody is feeling good about all the beefs in the shop being squashed.
Ryan reunites with Lily.
Ryan goes to a friend’s art event in honor of Obama to meet an artist.
He takes a look at the artwork and says he doubts anyone will create such work for Donald Trump.
He meets up with Lily at the event and says in a green screen interview that he and JR met her at the convention and she wants to work at 9Mag.
They both discuss their disdain for Donald Trump.
Although he’s made hires in the past without consulting group, he tells her to come by the shop so the group can feel her out. He doesn’t want to hire anyone unless the group is okay with the hire, especially now that the shop is peaceful again.
Phor surprises Nikki at her shop with plenty of roses.
She tells him she’s not happy that he brought her roses and she thinks it’s disrespectful. Phor seems confused and Nikki goes all the way in on him.
“This is the dumbest sh-t I ever seen.” – Nikki
Phor apologizes and says he brought her flowers because he didn’t want her last memory of flowers to be ruined by the drama with Kat. She then tells him she wants 10,000 more.
He tells her that he loves her and he doesn’t want to lose her. She cries and he promises he won’t ever do that again.
“I won’t.” – Phor
The group meets Lily.
Ryan tells the group about Lily and he wants them to meet her but he doesn’t want them to go easy on her. In a green screen interview, Van says all he wanted was for Ryan to get better with communication, so he’s happy he told everyone about Lily.
Lily walks in and introduces herself to the group.
Phor immediately asks her if she can handle Hennessy and she accepts the challenge.
In a green screen interview, JR says he thinks Lily is very attractive and he’s glad Ryan is trying to bring her in.
“You made a good move Ryan. You made a good move, dog.” – JR
Van seems a little too helpful, and Charmaine seems to think he’s crushing on Lily. Eventually, Van and Junior begin competing to be the most helpful as they move in some more furniture for Lily.
Lily’s cousin comes in to get a tattoo.
Lily tells them that her father was killed by the drug cartel three years ago. He was held for ransom and never was freed. So her dad is her inspiration to work hard as a tattoo artist.
After they see Lily’s work on her cousin, the group welcomes her with warm arms.
Jenn, Ashley and Nikki have a ladies night. Phor and Don watch the kids.
Turns out, Ashley’s girls surprise her with a Bachelorette Party.
“I’m ready to give Ashley the Bachelorette Party of her life.” – Nikki
In the party limo, a stripper comes out and starts entertining as the drinks keep flowing.
“You b*tches are sneaky.” – Ashley
After Don puts the kids to bed, Phor sees on social media that Nikki and Ashley are having too good of a time with the stripper. They get heated.
Charmaine tries to get her job back.
She goes to her former job to speak to Johnny and offers him a bottle of champagne. He turns down the bottle and tells her that she’s trespassing.
Johnny says Charmaine embarrassed him by showing up so late to the event and she could have cost him a lot of money. He reiterates that she’s fired and she needs to turn back in everything she was given when she was first employed.
She grabs his hands and tries to change his mind, but he tells her she’s assaulting him.
“The next time you come in here, you’re going to be leaving out with handcuffs.” – Johnny
Don confront Ashley.
Don is upset wth Ashley for not telling him what was actually going to be going down during Ladies Night.
When she walks in, Don asks her not to touch him. He tells her what he saw on social media. She explains she had no idea what would happen because it was a surprise.
However, he points out that she would have been upset if he got wild with a stripper the way she did.
She tells him she never really goes out like that, and he’s put her through much worse in the past.
They begin yelling at each other.
Don says marriage means leaving the past in the past and moving forward. She gets angry and goes to bed, abruptly ending the conversation.
Cobra and Danielle come by to cheer Charmaine up about getting fired, Charmaine spills the tea.
They gift her with a cake, alcohol and a huge teddy bear.
“I love you ladies. Thank you so much for making me feel better.” – Charmaine
They then recap the crazy night at the lake house.
She tells them that she saw Ryan and Kat in the bathroom together. She tells them that the shower was on and it looked like a shower situation to her.
Charmaine says she’s surprised about what she saw because Ryan is supposed to be with Rachel but she notices that Danielle isn’t saying very much.
In a green screen interview, Danielle refuses to talk about what happened between Ryan and Kat and says whatever happened is between them.
JR and Lily hit it off.
JR takes Lily out for a bit to eat. He’s impressed when she gets a Jack & Coke and asks for a double.
“I like my Whiskey.” – Lily
In a green screen interview, she says she doesn’t usually hang out wth male coworkers so much but JR seems sweet.
They hit it off well and even get on the dance floor.
In a green screen interview, Lily says she loves JR’s energy and she’s open to seeing where this goes.
Lily and JR clash at the customer appreciation party.
The crew has a customer appreciation party, plus they want to welcome Lily to the shop.
Don talks to Lily about her lip piercing and says he’s thinking about piercing at the shop for extra money since Ashley wants to quit her job.
The drinks starts flowing and Lily asks for Hennessy.
In a green screen interview, JR says his good time with Lily the other night continued after the club but he’s not going to go into detail out of respect for her.
Lily and JR flirt a lot at the party but she gets annoyed when she sees JR kissing another woman on the cheek as she snaps a selfie.
He explains the woman is just a client but Lily is still feeling some kind of way about it.
JR asks what’s going on with her and she starts crying. She accuses him of sucking on a woman’s t*ts, and he realizes she’s really drunk and confused at this point. She then begins going off on JR and trying to walk away from him.
“I’m going to walk away. You’re a hoe a-s dude.”
Her erratic behavior concerns Ryan and he tells JR to stop sleeping with Lily because he can’t date a coworker.
Lily keep drinking and gets sick in her own cup. The group sees this.
JR is by her side throughout all of this but she tells him to stay away from her. He thinks her reaction to his picture with a client is way too much and that it has to be something deeper going on with her.
He tries to follow her out the party to talk but she’s not hearing it and yells for him to leave her alone.

It’s a shame that Ryan is acting like he’s not in a relationship but I thought Kat was in a relationship as well?

I don’t know if this show is scripted or not, but it’s disrespectful for Ryan to be messing around with Kat like he doesn’t have a woman and child at home.

What gets me is the fact Ryan has KATRINA name tattooed across his neck- they obviously been in a real relationship behind the scenes. Also if you pay close attention to previous season when Kay was dating Phor- Ryan was acting real jealous !! Definitely showed his real feelings in my opinion
