On last night’s episode of “Queen Sugar,” Aunt Vi had to get a few people together. First, after Darla’s mom Darlene called child and family services on Ralph Angel, she confronts her. She then confronts Nova after she learns about the chapter Nova wrote about Ernest’s depression struggles.
Meanwhile, Micah’s friend is arrested for their protest that went horribly wrong and Charley remains by Prosper’s side as he enters the hospital.
Lastly, Ralph Angel is frustrated having to deal with DCFS but receives good advice from his police friend Toine about keeping his anger at bay, and Nova takes Aunt Vi’s advice, breaking things off with Remy.
