Is RHOA in trouble without Kenya Moore?

While Kenya Moore isn’t starring on season 11 of RHOA, it’s clear her life continues to change away from the cameras.

The newlywed is now a mother. And many fans are disappointed that this wasn’t shown on the current season.

Rumor has it producers were not happy about the fact that Kenya married Marc Daly away from the cameras. So when it was time to negotiate contracts, she was not offered a full-time spot.

Kenya refused to return without a peach and negotiation talks were frozen.

And the two newest housewives of the current season are Eva Marcille and Shamari DeVoe.

After learning that Kenya was done with the show, many of her fans vowed that they would not tune in for season 11.

Well it’s looking like they may have kept their word. Or fans as a whole are just losing interest in the show.

Sunday cable ratings are now out and RHOA’s season 11 premiere brought in 1.93 million viewers. The season 10 premiere brought in 2.43 million.

This means the show lost about 500,000 viewers.

It’s also important to mention that ratings took a massive hit last season despite the strong start. In fact, ratings began to mirror season one numbers.

Regardless, do you think Kenya’s absence has to do with the season premiere drop? Or is the show as a whole losing steam?
