The results are in.
Medina Islam has been trying to work things out with Phaedra Parks. So they agreed to go on “Marriage Boot Camp” and get a better understanding of what their future could be. The biggest issue has been the lack of intimacy. They have never slept together. And Medina wants this to change. However, Phaedra hasn’t wanted to take that step because she’s fearful that moving too fast can ruin things. Her failed marriage to Apollo Nida has made her very hesitant to be intimate with another man.
On the preview for the upcoming episode, the results of the lie detector tests are in.
When Medina talked about getting the results in a green screen interview, he says, “I am so nervous. I think the lie detector test will reveal everything that I need to know to make a solid decision.”
Medina feels like his time was wasted.
Both Phaedra and Medina asked each other if they want a sexual relationship. Medina answered yes for his test. And the results came back as “no deception was indicated.”
However, Phaedra answered no on her test. And there was also no deception indicated.
Medina was not feeling this at all. In fact, he’s now questioning why they did boot camp to begin with if Phaedra isn’t open to a sexual relationship. On the situation, he says, “Why are we here then? This is madness.”
