Ceaser’s exit from “Black Ink Crew” was a result of a controversial video being leaked.
“Black Ink Crew” star Ceaser had a very controversial departure from the hit reality show. As we reported, a video of Ceaser allegedly abusing a dog went viral on social media. Donna was one of the first former cast members to bring attention to the video. She called for Ceaser’s firing and once the backlash rolled in, VH1 announced Ceaser would no longer be on the show. Interestingly enough, producers said that they would keep the footage Ceaser filmed before his exit. So fans of the show would be able to see how things were going up until that controversial point of Ceaser’s life.
To no surprise, Ceaser didn’t like how his time on “Black Ink Crew” ended. In fact, he did interviews and called out producers for moving so swiftly. Ceaser felt like his time on the network should have afforded him some grace. But things just did not play out that way due to the backlash he received from viewers. And by the end of his run, he began to think that producers used him and other past cast members in very unhealthy ways. In his opinion, their real problems weren’t treated delicately. So he thinks they were exploited.
Well, it looks as if Ceaser may get his revenge in the upcoming episodes of “Black Ink Crew.” In the supertrailer, Puma and Teddy want to do whatever it takes to move forward. Teddy asks Puma, “What we do? Go and get another shop?”
Puma answers, “Yeah. As long as you and me are here, it’s still Black Ink.”
Some people do not approve of Puma and Teddy’s plan.
When Puma breaks the news to the rest of the crew, Spyder is not happy. He screams, “Like got **** we ain’t even bury the body yet!”
Young Bae has a different concern. She tells Tati that she’s not okay with working for someone who isn’t a tattoo artist.
At some point, Puma comes to the conclusion that they need to really be thorough as they look for new artists. So he proposes they move a group of new artists into a house. And they will go through a process in which they have to prove themselves to be hired to work at the shop. However, those who aren’t able to produce will be kicked out of the house.
Spyder still isn’t on board. So he later pulls up to the scene with Ceaser seemingly in the car to hand over some legal papers to Puma and Teddy.
He tells them, “I came with Cease. He wanted me to deliver a message.” Spyder continues, “He didn’t give nobody the authority to open up any Black Ink.”
Another highlight from the trailer includes tense scenes between Rok and Krystal. Their engagement fell apart. And they are clashing as they attempt to still run a shop together.
In one scene Rok tells Krystal, “I don’t give a **** if you’re ******* another *****. Don’t disrespect me at the shop!”

I won’t be watching……..Cease started Black Ink and now Chicago isn’t coming back…I may watch LA….I may not but…NY is a no for me…it is a slap in the face what Puma and Ted is doing…. I guess they love that tv check….
Puma im kinda surprised, but teddy has always been messy and sloppy. I don’t think Teddy even know what an operating agreement is or how to obtain one. Why would they still use the black ink brand that is not registered to them? There is very odd and weird. Tell me you don’t know how to form a business without telling me. It’s the ghetto, in my Nene voice!

I can’t believe what I’m reading! Seems like a lot of folks are quick to forget how Bro abused the h-ll out of that dog! And it’s probably something he’s been doing for a long minute. I can’t with Ceasar. I’m completely done with him. For those of you who are still Team Ceasar, good luck with that. As for Puma and Teddy: I would love that TV check too. VH1 filmed black people, humans, beat each other and tear each other down and it was good tv. But when a dog is abused, Caesar has to leave his own show??? I don’t condone animal abuse but they, like all white supremacist put the value of a dog over the value of a person of color. But they want to exploit the abuse and violence as long as it doesn’t affect whites or dogs. Remember, Sky was allowed to whoop several heads in the shop but was fired when she shoved a white woman producer of the show. If violence is wrong it should apply to everyone not just dogs and white people!!!

Ceaser got what he deserved. He became too arrogant and thought he could do whatever he wants and that’s just not how life works. Actions have consequences. Now if the network is using his trademark without permission, he ain’t wrong to hit them with a cease and desist. Business is business.
I believe if they took Caesar off they should have ended the show everything started with Caesar & they were too hard on him with the dog situation. Ted & puma can never do what Caesar has done with black ink plus none of them have a clue about tattoos or having a business!! Team Caesar!!!!
I’m team Ceasar, I don’t care who started what when. I have not watched the current season and I won’t. However, I have seen all seasons and was an avid viewer of all seasons prior to this mess.
The world is always on 10 ready to condemn people for their transgressions. If you’re in the U.S., look at your previous president. He has caused people to perish and there are those that still support him.
I’m ready for reality tv to have an overhaul. It’s time to get back to life, love and liberty. They pay us a little while they make millions on us. We sell our souls for a piece of the American dream only to find out that the dream still has nightmares.

Evidentially, I’ve been watching a different show because I didn’t see the arrogance nor did I see how he treated people badly. The shows I watched he gave people who didn’t deserve second chances over and over even after they screwed him. He gave them camera time to show their own individual lives ie; Donna, Melody, Bae, Walter etc., etc.
So yes, I’m team Ceasar. It’s unfortunate that we turn on people when we have no clue as to how it is to run a business that you started. Whether Tedd, Puma or anyone else was there in the beginning because if it wasn’t Ceasar’s shop, I’m sure it would not have been focused on his main character.
If you want to condemn someone, condemn your government, condemn the television networks that pay people pennies when they make millions on your soul, condemn the advertisers who are probably your ex-president friends.
I want to know who owns what because if I don’t, I’m probably supporting the same people who were at the insurrection on Jan 6th who smiles in my face every day while they still make money on my back.
CEASAR DO YOU AND DON’T WORRY ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO DON’T LIKE YOU OR SUPPORT YOU BECAUSE YOU HAVE THOSE THAT DO.
Whether that show is successful or not, I have not watched it and I will not watch it. Whoever is advertising the show will not get a dime of my money.

Im a season Black female. The way u replied to my comment gives me all kinds of respect for u. Did u c any of Caesars interviews. He explained that it a bitter female that put that out . Something that happened long time among other things he clarified but not once did he say anything bad about Puma or Ted which let’s u know he’s still getting his cut with or without VH1
I have only seen one of Ceasar’s interviews. For me, it’s not just Ceasar. It’s our realty tv across all of the franchises. Those people seem to make, millions and billions off of us and feed us enough to make it seem like we’ve made it. You haven’t made until the majority of your people make it.

How y’all gone have Black Ink without Ceaser..Foul Foul Foul..Talk about Loyalty the show most definitely is not the same without him. He built Black Ink and y’all just gone snatch it from him like that, not to mention the crew that was supposed to be family just fell apart.
I’ve been watching black ink from day one. Ceaser will get his show back. This I know. He’ll he didn’t do what Michael Vick did. Some other network will pick up the show. Everyone watched the show. I love cease. I was born and raised in the Bronx. I currently live in TX. Trust and believe Ceaser will and can come back from this. It’ll take some time. But I’ll be there waiting to support.
This is the difference between white people and black people. Do you know how many CEOs, owners and businessmen and women mess up and have to face the consequences and yet business continues. Damon said it best when he said Black Ink is a culture and the filter is owned by us. Ceasar should be proud it’s continuing and instead of fighting those who are moving forward he should spend that energy behind the scenes. He can still make money without being on the camera. When he started he allegedly didn’t even have an LLC formed or proper paper work. Not only is Puma and Teddy keeping things moving forward they seem to be making mature choices. Black people are way too d-mn proud. White people can hate each other guts and still shake hands and close deals because they see the bigger picture. Do you know how many black owned products, services and companies have sold to other companies not black owned? Did we as black people stop using the products and services? No. I’m proud to see things continuing to go. This is a legacy and to walk away, close or fold is not the answer. Legally Ceasar owns Black Ink and only Black Ink…VIACOM International INC owns Black Ink Crew. So Ceasar has 100% right to everything that is black ink to include apparel but VIACOM owns ALL Black Ink Crew. This multimillion dollar company knew what to do. Ceasar built the Black Ink brand but VIACOM built Black Ink Crew. If any of you believe that Puma and Teddy made these moves without Ceasar they didn’t. They are all working together for ratings and growth. It’s not about loyalty it’s about being strategic. Ceasar is apart of everything that is going on. Teddy, Puma and Ceasar are working together regardless of what everyone thinks. This is smart.

Stereotypes is what I read. I’m not sure of your race but you’re speaking of two races as if you know the majority of both.
The bottom line as a 62yr old Black woman is that you don’t know what you’ll do until you walk in a man’s/woman’s shoes. We talk about Oprah Winfrey, Tyler Perry, Michael Jordan etc., etc. saying what they should be doing in our community. It’s the same thing. Stereotyping! I am still team Ceasar. Black Ink was started with him. If they wanted to continue, they could have continued under a different name. I agree…. another name…why didn’t they run with the Art2Ink name? Puma sh-t himself in the foot trying to capitalize on an entity that he has no claim to. I have friends as far back as the sandbox. I’m not on their pensions or in their wills.
