Keyshia is no stranger to addressing criticism on social media.
Hours ago, video of her performing Janet Jackson’s hit “I Get Lonely” went viral on social media.
While most of Keyshia’s fans loved the performance, some fans of Janet Jackson took to social media to call her out.
They felt it was hypocritical since Keyshia said years ago in an interview that she didn’t listen to Janet’s music.
After Keyshia got wind of the backlash, she promptly responded on Twitter:

Good because she was young and dumb. Janet is a legend.
Keyshia was very young when she said that. So I think she should be given a pass. Plus she had a stank attitude back then. She’s matured a lot.
