Keyshia and Daniel Family First season 2 in the works? R&B singer Keyshia Cole’s husband may be currently caught up for a recent altercation that allegedly went down in New Orleans during the 2013 Essence Festival, but Keyshia has wasted no time getting back to keeping it all the way real on her Twitter account. Keyshia hasn’t had the best experience with reality television considering she believes the first show she had with BET drove a wedge in between her relationships with her sister Neffie and their mother Frankie. And for a good minute, Keyshia said she would not ever agree to do reality television again. However, she eventually changed her mind and agreed to do a show with her NBA player husband Daniel “Boobie” Gibson. However, there was a bit of drama that followed her decision to do the show, entitled, “Keyshia & Daniel: Family First.”
Keyshia didn’t seem to like the criticism she received from the show as many people called her out and accused the singer of treating her husband badly on national television.
So Keyshia recently said via her Twitter account that she has no desires to do the show again and thinks it’s probably a better look for her marriage not to return to BET and open her marriage up to the cameras. However, there may be another reason Keyshia isn’t keen on coming back for another season, and that’s because according her, BET hasn’t paid her or her hubby for the first season they signed up for.
When a fan asked her if her and Daniel would come back for another season, Keyshia tweets:
They haven’t payed [sic] us from the first one!
Beyonce told them not to pay.
LOL oh damn. BET is messy for that. She needs to go get her money and file a lawsuit if she has to.
BET probably feels Keyshia isn’t relevant enough to pay on time.

No wonder her husband is breaking jaws and sh-t.
Did they even carefully read their contract? BET’s old slimy selves probably called it an unpaid internship and has no plans to cut a check. lol

I’m not sure why she’s tweeting. She should have filed a lawsuit and got her lawyer on the job.

If it was me I wouldn’t be tweeting sh-t. I’d be right there at the BET headquarters with my lawyer acting up.

As hood as Keyshia is, I’m surprised she’s not doing anything about not getting that check.
I was so hoping to see that show again. It was interesting to my husband as well who doesn’t watch anything that aint espn. I hope they resolve all this because I really enjoyed the show.

U do something treat him bad but somethimes u can be nice but Iovw y’all show so bad that I will do 1000 push ups to see that show again. Y’all is a perfect couple together. I wish your show can come back on .show BET that it don’t matter what they say but y’all go do better and let God handle it I just can’t wait to see y’all show y’all can be like to ti and tiny y’all can have a show put y’all don’t have to be together but I love when y’all together but I just won’t to see the show again.
