‘Basketball Wives’ Recap: Cristen Prepares to go to War with Aja + Brandi is Shut Out

Brandi and Malaysia confront the OG’s while Jackie is caught in the middle.

Brandi confronts all of the OG’s but the OG’s remain silent.

“Someone wants to feel like they got power.” -Brandi

Brandi suspects Shaunie is the one who is behind the silent treatment and then points out how well recevied the Miami group was when they first arrived in LA.

“Did we act like that when they came to our turf? Didn’t we open up to them with open arms?” -Brandi

This is Evelyn’s first time meeting Brandi but Brandi rubbed her the wrong way by coming to a dinner she wasn’t invited to.

“She is mad thirsty… Plus ones are plus one-ing right now.” -Evelyn

Malaysia explains to Brandi that she wanted the OG’s and Brandi to hash things out about what happened with Tami and Duffey. Brandi mentions that Shaunie is still mad over being called a b****.  Meanwhile, Jackie is perplexed about the situation and wants all parties to sit down and work it out. Malaysia confronts Jackie at the table and asks, “well who do you want to be with?” Jackie says she wants to be cool with both groups.

Later on, Brandi and Saniy-ya have an interesting conversation and Saniy-yah reveals that she is drunk The remaining ladies are uncomfortable with her around. Eventually, they move a stumbling Saniy-yah away from the dinner.

“That one is out of control.” -Jackie

Evelyn and Shaunie grab brunch and discuss the drama from the other night.

Shaunie wants to chat with Evelyn to figure out what happened the previous day. Evelyn is still regretful of bringing Saniy-yah for the makeover. She is also not pleased with Malaysia showing up uninvited with Brandi, although Jackie brought Malaysia as a plus one.

“Jackie is at the center of a lot of the drama.” -Evelyn

Jackie spends time with Keonna and Cristen.

Jackie wants to remove herself from the recent drama and invites Keonna and Cristen to a pottery class. Jackie’s awkwardness shines through her and she brings up sexual innuendos.

Meanwhile, Cristen confronts Jackie for lying about knowing about the makeover.

“You said you didn’t know Saniy-yah. You clearly know her.” -Cristen

Jackie apologizes but in her green screen interview says, “She just isn’t accepting it.”

Cristen later says  Jackie is playing both sides since she knew what Evelyn was planning to do and then walks out.

Aja gets messy.

Aja and Saniy-yah are hanging out in LA. Saniy-yah tells Aja about the makeover attempt. Aja says, “If you are sick about being fat, stop eating Cheetos!”

When Saniy-yah tells her what Cristen said about having a miscarriage, she tells Saniy-yah that Cristen actually got an abortion.

“I lost a child. I had a real miscarriage.” -Aja

Aja also tells Saniy-yah that Cristen calls the OG’s the “Golden Girls.”

Evelyn and Jackie talk about Palm Springs.

Jackie is hosting a “Love Your Body” event, celebration the woman’s body. She invited Evelyn out to pick out cakes for the event and to talk about the Palm Springs drama. Evelyn mentions that she is disappointed in what happened at the dinner. She asks if Jackie knew about what went down and Jackie says no.

Evelyn made it clear to Jackie that Brandi wasn’t invited.

Jackie invites her to her event and Evelyn nervously accepts. They then look at various erotic cakes, which makes Evelyn uncomfortable.

Tami twerks for Reggie.

Tami and Reggie are chilling at home, which Tami loves to do. Reggie asks about Tami’s kids. The topic turns into Tami’s singing past and Reggie is honest and says it wasn’t that good.

Tami explains that she could have been a Beyonce and shows off her dance skills. She hits Queen Bey’s drunk in love move and twerks. Reggie finds this hilarious.

The conversation later turns into Tami wanting another baby. She lets Reggie know that she is interested in having a surrogate and Reggie ponders the idea.

Word about Cristen’s alleged abortion spreads.

Jackie meets with Saniy-yah to look at wigs and Jackie invites her to her “Love Your Body” party. As they try on wigs, they seem to bond. Things turn serious as they talk about the makeover fiasco with Cristen.

Saniy-yah tells Jackie the news about Cristen having an abortion, not a miscarriage. She also tells Jackie she called Jackie and the OG’s “old hags.”

Jackie feels insulted about the situation and how Cristen is acting fake.

“This is getting very, very dicey.” -Jackie

Jackie later meets with Tami. She invited Tami to her party and mentions how Cristen called Tami and the rest of them “old B****es and Golden Girls”

“I hope she makes it to 46. She looks like pre-diabetes.” – Tami

When Jackie tells Tami about the miscarriage lie, Tami is flabbergasted. Tami really wants to tell Evelyn and Shaunie.

Tami then takes Evelyn out to dinner to let her know about what she heard.

Tami mentions she should be interested in knowing about Cristen since she wanted to take her under her wing. When she tells her about he name calling behind their backs, she is shocked.

When Tami says she lied about the miscarriage, Evelyn is livid.

“Shut the f*** up! I cried with you.” -Evelyn

Tami also invited Cristen to confront her about rumors. When she walks in and exchanged pleasantries with Evelyn and Tami, she is confronted. When asked, she admits to calling the “dynamic three” the Golden Girls.

Tami prefers being called Destiny’s Child.

“Who wants to be Michelle?” -Cristen

Tami expresses her disappointment with Cristen talking about them behind their backs. Cristen says she told Aja this, so they had to hear it from her.

Tami also revealed that Saniy-yah, Aja and Jackie are responsible for the leaks. When it came down to the abortion rumor, Cristen became livid. She wants to get even with her sister.

“B*** you where there, you know it is a lie. At this point, ain’t no peace. This is war.” -Cristen
