Jazmin and Imani make peace.

Quad and Britten continue to have tension. Contessa doesn’t understand why Quad tried to mediate the conversation between Imani and Jazmin. It’s not her lane, not her party, and not her trip. So she can understand why Britten was annoyed by Quad’s actions.

Regardless, Imani and Jazmin walk off to have a private conversation. Imani says her dad abandoning her causes her to shut down on people when there’s a problem. Her dad did that to her.

Heavenly and the others come and Heavenly says that Imani is probably intimidating to someone like Jazmin. Jazmin ignores this and she and Imani agree to work on a friendship. They also hug it out.

Shanique has plans.

Shanique is ready to move on from being a property manager and become a realtor. It will be more rewarding to her on a personal level. She wants to own her own business and make a lot of money. When her daughter asks what she’s going to do if this doesn’t work out, Shanique tells her not to be negative.

Kendra opens up about her marriage and upbringing.

Kendra grew up in South Central. Her dad is black and her mother is Vietnamese. So she considers herself Blasian American. Her husband is “Chinese Canadian.”

They met when they were on the same internal medicine rotation. They were friends but Hobart was persistent about them getting together. He “cocked blocked” a lot.

Hobart is an Internal Medicine Physician. So sometimes they are too busy for each other even though they’ve been married for a few years.

Kendra just had a baby five months ago. People expect more from her since she’s an OBGYN.

Contessa doesn’t get it.

Mack is planning a birthday bash for Britten. Contessa is coming over so they can get ready together. Of course, Contessa brings a gift basket full of goodies.

The couple tells Contessa that the kids are still sleeping in the bed with Britten, thereby kicking Mack out of it.

Contessa can’t understand why the couple doesn’t have a better sex life since they are so attractive. But their busy schedules play a role.

Imani tells Shanique and Jazmin about Phil.

It’s the night of Britten’s birthday party. Although Heavenly said what she said about Hobart, it’s revealed he doesn’t care. He’s just there to have a good time, so he gives her a warm greeting and a hug.

When Imani gets there, she gives Jazmin a hug that Jazmin feels is lukewarm. But they don’t focus on that and talk about Imani’s husband Phil. She tells Jazmin and Shanique he’s been out of town for like three months for work. And they see each other once a month. In a green screen interview, Jazmin says she calls “bullsh*t.”

Not too long after, Jazmin and Shanique tell Contessa and Britten what Imani said. Britten knows a lot about the situation, but she’s not going to tell them all of Imani’s business. Shanique jokingly questions if Phil is in prison but Britten keeps her mouth shut.

Later on, Contessa makes a heartfelt speech about Britten. They have been best friends since they were 17 and she won’t forget how they struggled together.

Jazmin is feeling some type of way.

It’s the last day in LA for the Atlanta ladies. Toya leaves early to make it back in time for an appointment with her family. But the others have brunch with the LA ladies. Jazmin put it all together. While eating, Jazmin gets annoyed that the other women aren’t asking many questions about Phil like they did her husband last season. But she keeps this to herself for now.

Imani explains Phil’s new business.

Britten and Imani catch up over drinks. Imani tells Britten that she and Phil will be in an upcoming issue of Essence Magazine for separate achievements. So she’s thrilled about this.

Shanique and Jazmin are discussed. Of course, Britten tells Imani what they said about Phil.

Meanwhile, Jazmin and Shanique discuss Imani and Phil at Jazmin’s house. Shanique says that Phil could actually be over the marriage. But Imani is saving face.

Imani says that Phil is opening his own weed dispensary in Oklahoma. But she didn’t tell Shanique and Jazmin this. In fact, she would only tell them his new business is health and wellness related. Imani didn’t want to say anything until the Essence article came out. Now that it’s out, she will tell the group about his new business when she’s ready to.

Jazmin wants to press Imani.

When Britten reminds Imani what she said about Jazmin’s house, Imani said she never specifically said Jazmin’s husband is a drug dealer. She said the ascetics of the house looked like a drug dealer house. But Britten tells her she still needs to be ready for the backlash.

As for Shanique and Jazmin, they vow to call Imani out.
