A rumor ruined friendships.

Charmaine was devastated when a salacious rumor came out about her on “Black Ink Crew Chicago.” The rumor claimed that Charmaine “orally pleased” Van while everyone was in Vegas. She was in a relationship with Neek at the time and she denied anything went down between them.

Don would go on to say that Van told him that it happened. Then Van would accuse Don of putting words in his mouth and then spreading misinformation to everyone else.

Charmaine cut all the men off with the exception of Ryan. She accused them of not having her back and taking part in spreading a malicious rumor that hurts her character.

Now her husband Neek is calling out the former producers of the show.

Big Fish gets the boot.

Big Fish Entertainment used to produce the show but VH1 recently announced they are parting ways with the company. This is in light of it being reported that the production company destroyed the video of Javier Ambler’s death. Ambler was killed by police after they pursued him for a traffic violation. A show Big Fish produced, “Live PD,” captured the moment, but it never aired. And it was said that the video was later destroyed. In light of the protests urging for the end of police brutality, “Live PD” was canceled by A&E.

Big Fish has also been producing the “Love And Hip Hop” series as well.

Neek calls out Big Fish.

With Big Fish being tossed out by VH1, Neek had some things to say.

He said, “When I fell in love with Charmaine, I didn’t know what I was getting myself into. I’ve had to stand up for Charmaine so many times because she was being taken advantage of in so many ways. The last two incident reports I submitted was because Charmaine being body shamed by one of her supervisors from @bigfishusa and a male executive producer was bullying her in front of cast and crew with the intentions to break her down to not feel confident any more.”

The Van situation is addressed.

Neek continued, “The month that #javierambler died last year was the month I proposed to Charmaine on the show in front of her parents and mine at The Myrtle Beach Safari. But no one knows what I went through behind the scenes of that entire process. They wanted to force me to either marry her or break up with her. And when I didn’t want to cooperate with them at all because I felt like they were insensitive to our relationship they made up a rumor that my wife was sleeping with another cast member and they had the entire cast act like it was true to ruin my wife and I relationship on TV. I have nothing good to say about Big Fish but never in a million years would I think they would be hiding a murder for more than a year! @bigfishusa is the reason why @justiceforjavierambler family can’t get closure because they destroyed all the footage that would have implicated the videographers and the producers.”

He urges others to speak up.

Neek then encouraged others to call out Big Fish. He said, “Another sad thing is that because Big Fish signed so many Black peoples checks from Love and Hip Hop and Black Ink Crew, no one wants to speak up on what’s RIGHT. You can’t say black lives matter but not support #javierambler if you work or worked for @bigfishusa. If YOU work or worked for @bigfishusa you have a MURDER on your hands. The person murdered has gotten ZERO justice! But with our voice we can change that. This is OUR reality, our people get killed by police for ZERO reason. One of ours DIED in the hands of POLICE and even worst the production company that films YOU and make you do things out of your character for money. How they treated #javierambler is how they would treat YOU. Why don’t we feel no type of way about this?!?!”
