Melody Holt and Destiny Payton-Williams blamed each other for their fallout.

Destiny Payton-Williams‘ fallout with Melody Holt has been a hot topic with the “Love & Marriage: Huntsville” fandom. Some feel like Melody was the one who ruined the friendship. However, Melody said she didn’t like the way Destiny started moving. They had a disagreement over the friendship because Melody wanted to have some time to herself after they wrapped up filming Season 3. Although she continued to communicate with Destiny via text messages, Destiny felt like Melody put her on a shelf. For her, the change in the friendship just seemed so abrupt.

So when Destiny was asked at the reunion where she stood with Melody, she said that it wasn’t clear. And she didn’t feel like she and Melody were as close as they used to be. Destiny also didn’t defend Melody after LaTisha Scott accused her of not knowing how to be a friend.

Melody took Destiny’s actions to heart since she thought Destiny would understand her needing alone time since they both went through a divorce at the same time. Plus, Melody had given Destiny thousands of dollars to pay bills and attorney fees for her divorce and custody case. She didn’t think that texting Destiny more so than calling would somehow make Destiny question their entire friendship when she already showed she would be there for Destiny during difficult times.

Destiny Payton-Williams denied testifying on Martell Holt’s behalf.

Both women have attempted to hash out their issues, but each time the conversations went left and tempers flared. So nothing was resolved. And it doesn’t seem as if they will ever be friends, again.

Interestingly enough, it’s been rumored that Destiny may have supported Martell Holt’s bid for full custody. And it was alleged that Destiny was one of the people who testified on Martell’s behalf.

An Instagram user decided it would be best to go straight to the source. They asked Destiny if the rumors are true. The person wrote, “Is it true that you testified for Martell in the custody case against Mel? It’s all over social media.”

In response to this, Destiny wrote, “**** NO…I’m fighting my own battles with court. Y’all believe ANYTHING.”

In related news, it’s been rumored that Martell’s attempt at full custody has been stalled for now. According to reports, Martell did not turn in the discovery documents required. So as of now, the case has been hatled. Check out the video below for more details.

  1. I’d like to believe that Destiny wouldn’t be that low to do something like this. So I believe her. She understands what it’s like to have to fight for custody. Doing this to Melody would be evil. I do believe Destiny has enough morals not to do this. But time will tell like always.

  2. If Destiny did this she is setting herself up for some very nasty karma. People need to stop trying to get their own revenge on people because it will come back on you every single time. Let God fight your battles.

  3. Martell is a petty attention seeking a**-hole. He is difficult to look at because of the way he try’s to get sympathy and never takes responsibility for this actions. He is a real turn off. Yes his kids will turn against him when they finally find out what he has?said and done to there mother.
