Miss Kitty isn’t going to miss criticism from the “Black Ink Crew Chicago” fans.

People have been wondering about the future of the “Black Ink Crew” franchise as a whole thanks to Ceaser’s departure. As we recently reported, Ceaser was accused of beating a dog on camera. He alleged that the video was filmed by his security camera. And he accused his ex-girlfriend Suzette of leaking it out of spite. Regardless, Ceaser was fired. VH1 said that the scenes he filmed for “Black Ink Crew New York” would not be edited out. And although the New York crew appears to be moving forward without Ceaser, people were wondering what all this means for “Black Ink Crew Chicago” and “Black Ink Crew Compton.”

Well, the season finale of “Black Ink Crew Chicago” felt like a series finale. Ryan’s artists who don’t appear on the show told him that they felt the show had gotten in the way of the business. So Ryan said he was open to walking away from the cameras.

And since Phor, Draya, and Prince also appeared to be walking away; it’s unclear if the show will return for another season.

After the finale aired, a Twitter user expressed that they felt Miss Kitty, Donna, and Charmaine added nothing to their respective shows, “I agree with artists on #BlackInkChi, as an artist it was amazing to see people who look like you navigate through an industry we weren’t accepted in. I’m sorry but people like Charmaine, Kitty, **** even Donna add nothing to actual Black artistry.”

In return, Kitty tweeted, “Lmao notice how only the WOMEN were mentioned. There are just as many MEN on these shows that don’t tattoo either. These male identified, pathetic folks are something else. I’m so glad I’m not going to have to deal with this bs anymore! #BlackInkChi #BlackInkCrewChi #BlackInkCrew”

  1. I mean hate it or love it but those people who didn’t tattoo oftentimes were the real reasons people were watching these shows. 🤷🏾‍♀️

  2. She’s right because a lot of the fans are male identified. Teddy and Walt don’t tattoo either. Walt actually stole money and fans still love him so…
