Update on the Kenya Moore lawsuit saga. Kenya Moore might be the main reason “Real Housewives of Atlanta” had such a successful season five, and it’s no doubt Kenya knows how to keep most viewers tuned into Bravo’s hit reality show week after week. However, her antics haven’t been enough to shut down rumors suggesting she’s broke and struggling with money problems. Although Kenya denies she’s having any financial difficulties, her latest legal battle isn’t helping her case any. As we reported recently, Kenya Moore was slapped with a lawsuit by her landlord. According to the papers filed, Kenya is allegedly $848 behind in her rent for the month of May and even her neighbors aren’t too thrilled to be living in the same neighborhood as the reality star.
Kenya has subtly denied the allegations on her Twitter account, but now it appears she’s actually filed a countersuit against her landlord. TMZ reports:
Kenya’s being sued for eviction by Conya Weems-Dillon for allegedly coming up $848 short on her May rent (a cool $3,999 / month) and breaking several terms of the lease agreement.
Now, Kenya has fired back with her own lawsuit — obtained by TMZ — claiming Weems-Dillon is lying and plotting to intimidate her into moving out of the 6-bedroom, 6-bath house.
In her suit, Kenya says she’s paid rent in full for May AND June … and claims her landlady constantly enters the house without notice.
She also alleges Weems-Dillon made up the conflict over the lease in order to sell a story to the media … and the eviction is just the landlady’s latest attempt to damage her rep.
The site goes on to claim Kenya is countersuing for emotional distress, slander and wrongful eviction. In the papers, Kenya also claims the lawsuit has hurt her social status, and some of her friends have “shunned” her.
Why is the woman always the victim? She always thinks someone is after her. Sit down.

And once again, Kenya is the victim here. Shut up and pay the rent heifer.
Considering how much Kenya lies, I’m going to have to believe the landlord on this one.
This is the same woman who faked a relationship to get on the show. Why should we believe her lying a-s?
Why would a landlord care about Kenya Moore that much to defame her? She’s not even a real celeb.

Sigh…typical Kenya antics. Whenever someone tells the truth about her, she threatens to file a lawsuit and says she’s being defamed. She’s so annoying.
Another day, another lie from Kenya Moore. She keeps trying to front but everyone in ATL knows she’s broke. She’s going to keep right on and get exposed by someone. Stop lying and be real.
This is cute and all but the court will demolish her. She seems to do everything for TV. Sad.
Kenya would actually have money if all her movies didn’t go straight to DVD…
