Martell Holt’s recent arrest led to a lot of speculation from LAMH fans.
“Love & Marriage: Huntsville” star Martell Holt made headlines recently due to his arrest. Fans hopped on social media to give their theories. Since it was a third-degree domestic violence charge, some of the fans thought the incident could have involved Arionne Curry, Martell’s former mistress and baby momma. Other LAMH fans suspected the incident involved Melody Shari. The reason they theorized Melody was the one who pressed charges is because of comments she made several months prior. As we reported, a woman alleged Arionne told her Martell allegedly asked her to leak a certain video onto social media. The video was allegedly one that featured Martell and Melody being intimate while they were married.
Melody hopped on Instagram Live to tell her followers that she believed the accusations made by the woman. The reason she believed this is because Martell allegedly threatened to leak the video himself during an argument they had in the past.
Since Melody believed what was alleged by Arionne’s former acquaintance, she told her Instagram followers that she would be getting in touch with her lawyer. So they believed the arrest had everything to do with this video.
Carlos King responded to Martell Holt calling LAMH fake.
Interestingly enough, Melody addressed this. She appeared as a guest at Carlos King’s tour stop in Huntsville. But first, Carlos responded to Martell telling Instagram fans that LAMH is fake and he and the other cast members are just “actors.” Martell even said producers told him to buy Melody flowers.
Carlos admitted Martell angered him a lot.
“…nor did I say get flowers from the grocery section, nor did I feed him lines because the other thing in it was actors. That’s the **** that pissed me off. I’ma tell you why. You can say what you want about me. One thing about me is I’m a child of God. So I only care about what the man I serve thinks about me, right? But don’t do that to the integrity of my production because my producers leave their hometown, their family, their kids, to come to Huntsville to make sure this cast has a great show. So don’t do that to me nor my production. And more importantly, don’t do that to the cast.”
Carlos King believes he was dragged into something unnecessarily.
He added, “I’m not Tyler Perry, Shonda Rhimes, Ava DuVernay, Will Packer…I don’t have, no shade to me, the mental intelligence to create something out of thin air and then say, hey Melody, when you go in there girl, you gon say this, you gon say I got coins to make not friends to fake, yes! I’m not that bright. When it comes to that, I follow reality. So that was so disgusting to me because it’s not true. And I was disappointed because there’s history here. The reason we have a ‘Love & Marriage: Huntsville’ is because they came to me wanting to do a show and then collectively we talked about what it could be. So there is history there.”
Carlos didn’t want to be dragged into Martell’s drama.
“I’ma be very honest. My heart was broken because it’s one thing for you to be mad that at that time is how you felt. Don’t throw me into the mix. And don’t do it to the point that now you are having people question my integrity.”
Melody Shari thinks Martell Holt should be fired from LAMH.
Melody said Martell’s claim that the show is fake should result in him being fired from the show.
“And the reason, Carlos, for one I felt sorry for you because I know too how much you care about the show, how hard you work on this show as well. And me knowing that I had just gotten 10 dozen roses a few months before that like sent to my home from him. The flowers…like stop. Nobody told you to send me 10 dozen roses. So I hated that he did it that way and made it seem as if you told him to do that. I didn’t for once think you told him to do that.”
She continued, “The reason I felt he gotta go is because outside of my personal feelings outside of the attacks that I receive, the show as a whole, whenever you have him, his…significant other sharing information pertaining to scenes, pertaining to I still remember when you came to Huntsville last season and met with us and it was blasted by…and it had to come from him and it was, ‘Carlos said this and my name came up and I felt I was too disrespected.’ It’s just a lot.”
Melody said she’s tired of people like Martell deflecting to her fan base.
“And at some point, when do you start making people take accountability for their wrongs? People can say all day, the Melometers do this, the Melometers do that. Well, if people would stop doing things, the Melometers wouldn’t have anything to be coming at them for.”
Melody Shari pressed charges against Martell Holt.
When it comes to Martell’s recent arrest, Melody confirmed she is the one behind the warrant.
“Anytime you have to go through with making such a tough decision that you know impacts your children as well, that’s always tough. That’s always tough. But I think there had been so many transgressions, one after the other, after the other, after the other. And no matter how many times I sat back at times and tried to keep my mouth closed and see…you know you think if I don’t say nothing it will die down. They’ll leave me alone. Leave me alone, just please, leave me alone. But I also have a breaking point, too, where I’m like okay, they ain’t leaving me the **** alone!”
She added, “When I made that decision it was back in August of last year. I actually pulled Lauren in and I said I gotta go do this. And I need somebody to be here with me to make sure I do what I know I need to do.”
The smart thing to do is fire Martell but they are not going to do that because they think he brings in the ratings. Carlos enabled him for way too long.
Please fire him. He will not stop until the authorities make him. This is giving anxiety, depression, and the list continues. Martell is text book NARCISSIST.

Amanda Anderson-Niles, you left out one IMPORTANT fact. Martell allegedly asked his baby mom to release the tape but say, “It is another man Mel was with,” to prove Mel was cheating. When it was Mel and her then husband sharing an intimate moment.
Martell once again proves he is stupid. He is a perfect example of, ” It’s better for people to think you stupid than open your mouth and let them know you stupid.” He and his side chick.
Marty had better cease & desist before Carlos sues him. Now that would be interesting because Marty needs to be shown that he’s absolutely nothing at this point.

Martell is correct. Cast members are acting. Every show on TV, except the actual news footage, has some degree of scripting. The cameras are not around 24/7 to capture anything as it actually happens on these so-called reality shows. There is a shooting and scene schedule so cast members can get together and they are made aware of what’s expected from the intent of each scene.
