RHOA Drama: Kandi Burruss & Todd Tucker Gather Marlo Hampton

Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker have had enough of Marlo Hampton.

Marlo Hampton and Kandi Burruss probably won’t be back in a good place anytime soon. On the recent episode of “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” things went left during the group’s trip to Jamaica. Sanya Richards-Ross planned the trip. And a conversation at dinner opened up the door for Marlo and Kandi to exchange some verbal jabs.

It all started after Marlo questioned how Ralph Pittman could change his mind about adopting Drew Sidora’s son. Drew said it wasn’t a big issue since Ralph just wanted her son to also have a relationship with his biological father.

Ralph then said, “Marlo, so here’s one thing. Jojo knows that he has two fathers. I wanna help him navigate that…”

Marlo then assumed that Ralph isn’t trying to be a full-time father to Drew’s son, Josiah.

Kandi and the others felt like Marlo was being ridiculous. So Kandi spoke up. And she said that it’s weird to her that Marlo is acting this way when she has her own sensitive situation happening with her nephews. She asked Marlo, “You do not think it’s weird that you sent your nephews back and made them feel a way?”

And Marlo clapped back with, “**** no! You don’t think that it’s weird that you have to let your man feel belittled when it comes to your mother?” She also went on to accuse Kandi of taking care of Todd Tucker. And she repeated the past comments made by Mama Joyce.

At this point, Kandi and Todd had enough. Todd reminded Marlo that he used to be a producer on RHOA. So he remembers how she really got on the show, “You bought your way into this circle. Nobody was your friend.” He later added, “Bro, you’re a clown,” after Marlo accused Todd of calling Kandi a “country bumpkin” before they started dating.

Marlo then came for Kandi’s career, “Who are you? You’re only known in Atlanta, baby!” Kandi responded, “I’m worldwide! What the **** is you talking about?! You’re really showing your true colors.”

She reminded Marlo that her music is worldwide, “***** when y’all was all the way over in Japan, you could put my song in the ******* karaoke, *****! Not just the songs I sing but the songs I write, too!”

Other highlights from the episode include Kenya having a plus one named John who she truly feels is a nice guy. And Drew isn’t really happy that Ralph is penning a book about his fatherhood journey without her having much involvement.

  1. Although I hate to see these beautiful queens on TV being so vile and hedious towards one another, I can see why it is directed towards Marlo because she is beyond ridiculous!

“Mar*low” is consumed with hate and jealosy and just picks fights with folk who are not intimidated and/or not impressed by all that outdated and ugly designer stuff she wears.

Instead of “Mar*low” using her platform to be a positive force, she is trying to humiliate and denigrate women who have established careers and presence. She is truly a clown.

Sherri is also a two-faced clown. Drew is correct, Sherri throws and brick and hides her hand. Also, Sherrie and “Mar*low” are two of a kind, cut from the same cloth, both focusing on designer labels and the cost of things, instead of focusing their attention on using the platform to be a positive influence.

“Mar*low” can say what she wants about Kenya and Kandi and even Sanya, they all have an established legacy, what does she and Sherri have?

    1. @justmetoo you hit it right on the head. I have said it many times, marlo is a bully. When a person is not used to anything, they are the loudest, the most obnoxious and narcissistic. MARLO is jealous of Khandis wealth and work ethics. But when I say I am so glad when Todd spoke up cause she forgot he was the producer and knew her background. Nene said it before marlo don’t need to be a fulltime castmast. Bravo made a bad move on that but they like dysfunction among women, especially women of color. Promoting bad behavior.

  2. @justmetoo you hit the nail on the head. Marlo is horrible. Whena person is not used to anything they are the loudest, obnoxious and narcissistic. That’s marlo, her fashion is tacky and she try too hard to be boogie. She doesn’t have the class to pull that off. One thing she is jealous of Kandi’s wealth and work ethics and also her relationship. Marlo speaks on everyone’s relationships but don’t have one on her own. Bravo made a huge error making her a full-time castmate, but bravo enjoys dysfunction and promote bad behavior. Nene said it that marlo did not derserve a peach.
