Mia Thornton shades Eddie Osefo.

Real Housewives of Potomac” star Mia Thornton will have some interesting moments during the upcoming episode of the show. She happens to be in a good space with Wendy Osefo despite their controversial altercation that took place last season. But one has to wonder if the peace will hold up considering what Mia says in the next episode. In the preview, Eddie Osefo has invited all the ladies to his weed event. He explains that he was inspired to start his Happy Eddie business when he found out weed would become legal later that year. In the meantime, the point of the event was to teach everyone how to roll a perfect blunt. The guests are disappointed that oregano would be the herb of the night since weed isn’t legal in the present.

Mia throws a little shade in her green screen interview.

She says, “I have not known Eddie to have a real job since I’ve met him.”

Mia continues, “I have never known an always-available attorney that actually makes money. It’s okay that you want to be the weed man. Pass the blunt. Puff, puff, pass. Thank you.”

Karen Huger and Mia Thornton clash over the invitations to Surry County.

In another preview, Mia and Karen Huger exchange words. Karen lets Mia know that she didn’t like how she handled the invitation drama. Mia declined to go to Surry County because she wasn’t originally on Karen’s invite list. This annoyed Karen because she was trying to bring their very divided group back together by just inviting everyone to her grandmother’s house.

Karen tells Mia, “When I texted the group, what I didn’t understand was your response to my invite.”

Mia responds, “That I don’t do second string invites?”

Karen snaps, “You weren’t second string. You weren’t even first string, you were the backup.”

She went on to tell Mia that she was trying to bring their fractured group back together when she changed course to invite everyone

“It’s about the group. You know what I’m working toward with this group…”

Mia says, “I should be upset at you because you expect me to drop everything and leave my kids to go to boring *** Surry County. I’m not doing that.”

And Karen becomes fed up, “Mia, it’s better than your boring *** life, I’ll tell you that.”

After Karen expresses she thought they were good after they hashed things out. Mia completely takes the gloves off.

“Old dog, find some new tricks.”

In more RHOP news, People Magazine recently confirmed Michael Darby’s defamation lawsuit against Candiace Dillard Bassett was dismissed. Michael signed a release that nullified his right to sue. So Michael will not get the $2 million he was seeking from Candiace.

As for Candiace, she expressed delight and a little wit in her official statement.

“I am also grateful for common sense, the support of my family, and my incredible legal team for helping the plaintiff to get exactly what he deserves from me: absolutely nothing.”

  1. Umm, Mia should stop projecting. Her husband is unemployed, not Eddie. And I’m happy for Candiace. Michael is awful.

  2. Wait so Mia gold digging self is talking about someone not working and her husband isn’t working because he was voted out of a company that he started by his on family… She needs to stop being messy. Wendy will read her for filth.. I don’t like Mia at all.. She’s two faced and messy.

  3. Mia is such a hater. She’s been miserable all season because her and her husband are broke. And they were kicked out of the family business.

  4. Mia, Mia, would know about being unemployed for that, is where she and Gordon are. Gordon is unemployed from the family business along with her. Mia keeps coming for Wendy and Karen and getting burnt by the flames. The Gold digger always attempting to throw money shade. How 🤤 drool.
